All good things come to an end and today we board our aircraft, and “home away from home” for the last few weeks, for the last time as we head back to the United States. It will no doubt be a lively flight and, as we did on the outbound journey, we cross the International Date Line but in this case we gain a day! Who said “time travel” wasn’t possible, on our aircraft it is, and we will be arriving in San Francisco - according to the clock - before we left Fiji.

In a remarkable twist of time, we arrive in San Francisco before we even left Fiji — a curious gift of crossing the International Date Line eastward.

Enjoy a final night in San Francisco, and after breakfast the next morning, depart on your onward flight (not included), carrying home unforgettable memories, extraordinary experiences, and new-found travel companions.
