TRACING THE TRANSPACIFIC – TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AND GENERAL INFORMATION.

GENERAL INFORMATION

PROGRAM OPERATORS This program has been planned and will be operated by Beyond Capricorn, a trading name of Criterion Travel, a specialist in developing and operating tours and cruises for U.S. affinity organizations, and Bartelings, a company specializing in touring worldwide by private aircraft. The trip is officially licensed by Pan American World Airways.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS Airfare to/from the start and finish point of the program is not included in the program rates. Pan Am Travel can help with airline arrangements for this trip and can be reached at 888-316-9230. You are also welcome to book your air transportation through your local travel agent, an online travel site, or the airline of your choice. Further information about making flight arrangements will be sent to confirmed participants.

PROGRAM RATES DO NOT INCLUDE Airfare or other travel arrangements to and from the start / finish point of the program • Passport/ visa expenses • Medical expenses and immunizations if required at the time of travel • Travel and trip cancellation insurance • Private transfers or airport transfers outside of group arrival and departure days • Excursions that deviate from the included tour options • Commercial airline baggage charges (there are no baggage restrictions on our chartered aircraft) • Meals not specified in the itinerary; dishes and beverages not part of the included meals; liquor or soft drinks except as noted • Laundry or dry cleaning • Telephone, fax, internet, and email charges • Room service • Other items of a personal nature

TRAVEL INSURANCE We strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, which is available for coverage of expenses in conjunction with cancellation due to illness, medical problems, or accidents. In the event that you must cancel your participation in a travel program, trip cancellation insurance may be the only source of reimbursement.

A NOTE ABOUT COSTS Tour costs are based upon current fuel prices, currency values, taxes, tariffs, and a minimum number of participants. While we will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, they are subject to change. If there are significant changes, details and costs will be advised prior to departure.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Complete Terms and Conditions including Statement of Responsibility will be sent to confirmed participants and is available upon request. A signed “Terms & Conditions, Release from Liability, Assumption of Risk and Binding Arbitration Clause” is required from each applicant prior to participation on the tour.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS The best way to reserve is online by calling 888.722.1927 or email hello@beyondcapricorn.com . An initial deposit of $10,000 per person is required to reserve space on this program. An interim payment of $20,000 per person is due by October 11, 2025. These payments are applied to the balance of the full tour price. Final payment deadline is December 11 2025 (120 days prior to departure). For those who register after December 11, 2025, full payment is due upon registration. Payments may be made by check, wire transfer, or credit card (credit card payments will incur a processing fee of 2% and can only be completed after confirming you agree to our terms and conditions).

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Upon payment of the $10,000 per person deposit, all reservations are subject to the cancellation provisions as stated in this brochure or other promotional materials and by which the passenger agrees to be bound. Cancellations shall not be effective until they are received in writing and confirmed by Beyond Capricorn. Deposits of $10,000 per person are refundable (less a $250 per person administrative fee) if written notice of cancellation is received within 30 days of booking, after that, deposits are 100% nonrefundable. After the October 11, 2025 interim payment deadline: All payments are 100% nonrefundable, regardless of booking date. Passengers who do not complete the tour cannot be refunded for unused meals, accommodations, or other trip features. Beyond Capricorn reserve the right, without penalty, to cancel the tour or to require any participant to withdraw from the tour at any time at his/her own expense, when such action is determined by tour staff to be in the best interest of the health, safety, or general welfare of the tour group or the individual participant, and subject only to the requirement that the recoverable portion of the tour price that corresponds to the cost of unused services and accommodations be refunded or credited, if any. In the event of tour cancellation by Beyond Capricorn or other parties involved in the operation of the tour at any time, all payments will be refunded. Note: Neither Beyond Capricorn, nor their partners accept liability for any airline cancellation penalties incurred with the purchase of nonrefundable tickets. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

HEALTH All participants should be in good health and capable of keeping up with an active group of travelers. By forwarding the deposit for passage, the passenger certifies that he/she does not have any physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for him/herself or other passengers.

ITINERARY CHANGES The itinerary presented for this tour is subject to modification and change by Beyond Capricorn. Every reasonable effort will be made to operate the program as planned; however, should unforeseen events and conditions require the itinerary to be altered, Beyond Capricorn reserve the right to do so for the safety and/or best interest of the group. Any extra expenses incurred in this situation are the responsibility of the participant.
